About shradda

I’m Shradda Krishna, a certified Yoga and Nutrition expert, and my journey into holistic wellness began in 2012. At the time, I turned to yoga to overcome stress and depression — and what started as a personal healing path soon became my life’s purpose.

Over the years, I’ve come to believe that true wellness comes from within. By combining the ancient practices of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga with mindful nutrition and meditation, I help individuals address the root causes of their health challenges — not just the symptoms.

My approach is compassionate, rooted in tradition, and tailored to the needs of real women navigating real-life issues — from PCOS, thyroid, asthma, and weight gain, to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and emotional stress.

In my yoga workshops, I focus on progressive sequencing — where each pose is practiced safely, deeply, and with intention. My meditation sessions blend the science of breath with the subtle energy of Pranayama, creating space for inner stillness and healing.

More than 1,000+ clients have experienced positive, lasting changes — whether it’s weight loss, hormone balance, improved sleep, or a deeper connection with themselves.

What is Hatha Yoga?

Yoga means union — a harmonious integration of body, mind, and spirit. Among the many branches of yoga, Hatha Yoga is one of the most traditional and foundational practices. The word Hatha is derived from two Sanskrit terms: ‘Ha’, symbolizing the sun, and ‘Tha’, symbolizing the moon. Practicing Hatha Yoga aims to create a balance between these two energies — the active and the passive, or the ida and pingala nadis — bringing alignment and unity to the body and mind.

Hatha Yoga is a holistic practice that combines asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), and meditation to cultivate strength, flexibility, inner awareness, and mental clarity. It is gentle yet deeply transformative, offering a solid foundation for overall wellness.
